The vocational training program started in the 2013-2014 academic year and continued until today. We have recruited 139 of these students in in our factories.

In the 2021-2022 academic year, the program has graduated 46 students, 27 from Ege Endüstri and 19 from Ege Fren.

To date, we have provided 35% of our blue collar personnel working in our İzmir Ege Endüstri and Ege Fren production facilities among the graduates of this program.

Our students, are receiving 10 hours of theoretical training a week, a total of 32,400 hours during one academic year.

With our new registrations for the 2022 - 2023 period, we will provide education to a total of 87 students, including female students, with 52 students at Ege Industry and 35 students at Ege Fren.

Within the scope of EU Projects, we send successfull students to the Erasmus+ New Era in Education program for educational and social-cultural activities.

Erasmus+New Era in Education, France - Paris Mobility Plan trip was held on 3-9 July 2022,  3 of the 4 students who participated to this trip were our students.
